Consulting: Our experienced consulting staff will meet with your organization to examine and discuss your operational issues, and
introduce the methods we use. Analysis through change management utilizing our trademark IDEAS™ methodology is available as a complete
package or as modules based upon your organization’s requirements. Ultimately, you will have a Human Interaction Management System in
place that will enable you to not only manage and measure the effectiveness of your processes, but manage the human interactions that take
place as well.
Cost Reduction Teams: With your frontline experts, our Operational Improvement Specialists will help you create in-house Cost Reduction
Teams. In a series of facilitated discussions with your key staff, we will methodically assess and prioritize improvement opportunities, calculate
the cost of doing business and transform your organization into a more productive, cost efficient operation. Within 60-90 days, these teams will
begin to implement cost reduction measures, using our exclusive ACT process - Assess, Calculate, Transform.
Training: Facilitators internal to your organization will be trained how to create Human Interaction Management Systems using the same
IDEAS process used by our consultants. Our challenging 2- day workshop utilizes real time case studies in an interactive format led by trained,
experienced workflow improvement specialists.
Certification: In-house facilitators and independent consultants will receive field training in the IDEAS discipline and will be certified to
practice the methodology. Our field training will prepare them to successfully introduce, manage and implement sustainable process management
using Human Interaction Management Systems.
Licensing: Permission to use the discipline and tools will require a license. This includes the use of our methods, assessments and templates.
